d\u2019un <strong>nouveau dispositif de soutien aux aidants<\/strong>, financ\u00e9 par la Conf\u00e9rence des Financeurs de la Pr\u00e9vention de la Perte d\u2019Autonomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfaf Un programme gratuit de <strong>10 semaines<\/strong>, pour 16 aidants du territoire, avec des ateliers autour de la sant\u00e9, la nutrition, la cognition, l\u2019accompagnement au quotidien et les aides existantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un espace pour <strong>\u00e9couter, \u00e9changer, partager son exp\u00e9rience et trouver des ressources<\/strong>, tout en pr\u00e9venant l\u2019\u00e9puisement des aidants. \ud83e\udd1d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>R\u00e9union d\u2019information ouverte \u00e0 tous : lundi 5 octobre 2026 \u00e0 14h<\/strong> au Centre Hospitalier de Lanmeur &#8211; Unit\u00e9 de St M\u00e9lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcde Contacts et
